Customs fees and taxes

We manufacture and ship from Europe (Poland). In most cases — e.g. shipping to the USA — there are no customs fees or taxes when the package value doesn't exceed $800, and delivery across the EU is free of customs charge. We can't guarantee the same in every country, so we suggest checking with your local customs office.

Simplified return (SR)

Changed your mind? You can return an unused pair, provided the product hasn't been unpacked from its original packaging and shows no signs of damage or modification. We'll ask for a photo or video showing the product is unopened. Full terms and timelines are in our Refund Policy.

2-year warranty against defects

Every pair is covered for up to 2 years from delivery. If a defect is our responsibility and shows up within the warranty period, we repair it — or, if it can't be repaired, refund or replace it. Full scope and how to file a claim are on the warranty page.

Long-lasting design

FoldingFins are built from high-performance elastomers chosen for resistance and durability. We wanted a design that lasts for years, so users aren't forced to replace their fins every season — which, in turn, helps protect the environment and changes the way people think about using fins.

Reusability and recyclability

The plastics used in FoldingFins are a unique mixed formula that can be recycled and re-used. We plan to establish a programme letting customers send back worn-out fins, so we can recycle them and re-use the material in production.

Sustainable materials

Recycled elastomer admixtures are used in production. As work on the design progressed, it turned out we could use recycled elastomer content without affecting the properties of the fins.

Environmentally friendly factories

Our top-tier manufacturing partner meets European emission standards and processes surplus material so nothing is wasted. The fins are produced in the European Union, with material supplied by local producers.

Sustainable distribution

Because folding fins take up less space, they mean lower CO₂ emissions during shipment — and smaller fins need less packaging material, too.
