*Aboves are only estimates, the real delivery time can be even shorter. We observed that in some cases these times can be shortened even by 2 times. On the other side, we can not predict if there will not be any delivery delays in given countries resulted in political or other reason not related to us that is beyond our control.
We manufacture and send products from Europe, Poland. In the most cases, when shipping i.e. to USA, there are no custom fees or taxes, when package value is not exceeding $800. In all of the EU countries there is also free of customs charge delivery. But we can not predict if in your country will be the same situation. And, so we suggest to you to obtain such informations at your local customs.
We made every effort to design and manufacture the best product as possible. If you are no longer interested in our product and want to return it to us, then there is a possibility to do this, but you have to comply a few requirements. First of all, the product can not be unpacked from the original proprietary packaging. Any package defects or signs of modification can be not accepted during return process. Together with your return application, we will need a photo or video showing that the product is unpacked.

Our company shall repair a defective product if our company is responsible for causing the defect and the defect is discovered within the warranty period. If our company is responsible for causing the defect but cannot be repaired, our company shall either refund the purchase price or exchange the defective product for a new one.

Yes, Folding Fins have open-heel foot pocket, and it is obligatory to use swim or diving shoes. Not only this increases comfort, but also prevents from feet damages such as sea urchins, wreck's elements, sharp rocks etc.
It is very simple, we developed a 4-point adjustment system, which allows to fit foot pocket to user's preferences. It gives a possibility of precise adjustment and prevents from inappropriate feet positioning or slack.
The fins are made of a carefully mixed formula of the most modern elastomers. Folding Fins passed deflections and other stress tests. During our research and development of fins, we were testing many times various solutions and elements of fins, which resulted in creation of durable and efficient construction.
The Folding Fins are designed to weigh as little as possible while maintaining their excellent nautical properties. A pair of fins weighs approximately 1.6 kg / 3.5 lb.
Whole process of the production, putting the elements together and shipping takes place in Europe, Poland. We take care of every stage of production, from material supply to sending the package to the customer.

Plastics used in the production of Folding Fins are a unique mixed formula that can be 100% recycled and re-used. We plan to establish a plan that will allow our customers to send back worn-out fins, and we will be able to recycle easily and re-use them in production.
Recycled elastomer materials are used for the production of fins. What does it mean more precisely? - As the work on the design of the fins progressed, it turned out that we could use recycled elastomer admixtures in production. This means that the partial use of recycled material does not affect the properties of the fins.
Our top-tier manufacturing partner meets European emission standards and processes 100% surplus material, thanks to which nothing is wasted. The fins will be produced entirely in the European Union, and the material supplied for production will also come from local producers.
Folding fins are designed so that they take less space, and it will result in less Co2 emission during shipment. Another important aspect is that smaller fins = less material for packaging production.
