Mariusz Szymański is co-founder of EXOTECH and co-inventor of the FoldingFins® patented folding mechanism. As lead consultant on construction and functionality, he shaped the engineering principles behind the world's first truly foldable dive fins.

Beyond FoldingFins®, Mariusz served as the key technical lead on the joint R&D project with the Polish Naval Academy that validated the mechanism's hydrodynamic performance against leading professional fins (Piskur 2022, MDPI).

He is also operator and pilot of the HARRIER SDV underwater vehicle, and co-author of SPEAR — EXOTECH's next-generation autonomous underwater diver delivery system.
